General Information:

Bring: Enthusiasm! Warm clothing, warm bedding, pillow, foam mattress (boys only-some may be available), bug spray, sunscreen, flashlight, Bible, notebook, pencil/pen, personal toiletries, bath & beach towels, swim & rain wear, rubber boots, extra shoes, etc. Optional items: canteen money ($1-$2/day & bank @ registration), bicycle with helmet, ball glove, sports equipment, etc.

 

Remember: NO radios/cassettes/CD players/MP3s/iPods/playing cards/electronic games/knives. Please ONLY bring literature or material that lifts up Jesus Christ. (If you travel with any of these items, please leave them locked in the vehicle you arrived in or submit them to your counsellors.)

 

Dress & Relationships: Please choose to dress modestly. Do not bring or wear bikinis or other revealing clothes.  Guard your hearts and develop relationships in Christ. We request that opposite sex relationships be portrayed on a friendship basis only.

 

Arrival/Departure:

The sign-in time for teen camp begins at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, and pick-up time is at 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 12. Please sign your teen out with his or her counsellor prior to leaving the campgrounds.

 

Registration Information:

Registrations will be accepted by mail, by phone, by fax, or scanned/emailed. Original registration forms must accompany your teen on registration day. Please ensure that the forms are fully completed and signed by a parent or guardian. (Registration forms are available at the camp on registration day as well, but can only be completed by a parent or legal guardian.)

During Teen Camps, bunkhouses of eight teens are overseen by two counsellors. There are two chapel times a day, with activities in the afternoons. Activities may include archery, swimming, games, sports, campfires, canoeing, hikes, wall-climbing, zip line, crafts., etc.

 

All meals and night snacks are provided. A small canteen is open for limited times at each camp and campers may want to bank spending money on registration day.

 

A qualified first aid attendant is on the grounds at all times. Each camp has a Camp Director and a Sports Director.
