How important is your marriage?

      It seems in this day of both parents working, making sure the kids get to practices, church responsibilities, caring for aging parents, there is little to no time left for couples to focus on their relationship. Communications become limited to scheduling strategies and whose turn it is to fill the dishwasher.

      In our community , added to that are the often absent fathers during the winter months, working away from home, living in camps. Dad comes home to a  wife and family who have gone on with their own lives in his absence and barely notice his return. In addition, it is not hard to see that satan is out to destroy families. In this climate, marriages  begin to unravel and disintegrate and no one seems to understand why. Our desire is to serve the marriages in this area and offer a place of refuge. We have arranged a schedule that is restful  and relaxing , with excellent teaching, ministry and worship.

      Is your marriage important enough to take some time to focus on it? Are you in a marriage “for better or for worse” but know it could be better? Can your spouse count on you for a lifetime? Are there areas in your marriage where you could use some help?  God and us extend our hands of invitation,……the rest is up to you.
